Remember the Porsche advertisement for the original 911 Turbo? It was a shockingly cool poster and it featured a beautiful black 930 Turbo, photographed at speed, with all 4 wheels off the ground. In some versions of the poster, the text "One ride and you'll understand why most rocket scientists are German" was featured below the 930. Some posters said PORSCHE on the side, and some special promotions featured a personalized license plate on the back of the menacing, airborne 911 Turbo. This poster was on the wall of so many kids.
